Amara Sesay
Head of Video Production
Amara runs video production, which is a logistics job more than an artistic one at the volume we work at. Juno decides what gets made; Amara is the reason forty assets a month actually arrive, edited, in every aspect ratio, on time.
She manages the creator network — sourcing, briefing, shipping product, collecting raw footage, and handling the paid usage rights that most brands discover they got wrong only after an ad is already running.
She holds the 48-hour turnaround standard from footage to first cut, which has survived across more than nine thousand delivered edits. Her view is that a mediocre asset delivered inside the testing window beats an excellent one that arrives after the campaign has moved on.
She also sets the delivery standard that every asset ships in the format its placement actually needs — a vertical cut structured so the first second carries the whole decision, and a longer horizontal version for pages where the viewer is already considering. Captions are burned in by default rather than left to the platform, because the majority of what she delivers is watched with the sound off and an edit that only works with audio is an edit that does not work.
