Wall Street moved south. Its clients expect more than a brochure site.
Hundreds of financial firms have moved to Palm Beach County since the pandemic. The wealth, law and real estate firms that serve them compete for a small, demanding audience that checks everything online first.

What's actually different about Palm Beach County
West Palm Beach had about 128,000 people in 2024, according to Census estimates. It's the largest city in Palm Beach County and its fastest-growing large city, adding about 10,000 residents in a few years. The county as a whole has about 1.58 million people, plus a large seasonal population each winter.
The big change is finance. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County says at least 250 financial firms have relocated to the area since the pandemic, drawn by Florida's lack of a state income tax and the quality of life. The press calls it 'Wall Street South'. Wells Fargo is moving its wealth management headquarters to One Flagler in West Palm Beach. JPMorgan is opening an office in the city, joining firms like BlackRock and Goldman Sachs. Law firms are following. Greenberg Traurig announced a move to a new tower at CityPlace in 2026.
That money supports a deep layer of service businesses: private banks, family offices, estate lawyers, accountants, luxury real estate brokers, interior designers, private clubs, concierge medicine and high-end home services.
The county has other anchors too. NextEra Energy, the parent of Florida Power & Light, is headquartered in nearby Juno Beach. Wellington hosts one of the largest equestrian circuits in the world each winter. Boca Raton, in the south of the county, is home to Florida Atlantic University and many corporate offices.
A small audience that checks everything
High-net-worth clients and their advisors rarely respond to ads. They hear your name from someone they trust, then look you up. Your website, credentials, reviews and press need to confirm the referral in a minute or two.
Financial and legal marketing has rules
Investment advisers fall under the SEC Marketing Rule, and lawyers follow the Florida Bar's advertising rules. Testimonials, performance claims and words like 'expert' all have limits. Content has to be clear, accurate and reviewed before it goes live.
Season changes who is in town
From about November to April, seasonal residents arrive and demand for restaurants, clubs, services and real estate rises. Campaigns timed to the season, with follow-up after people leave, get more from the same budget.
Local search is open
Google's data shows about 390 monthly searches for 'web design West Palm Beach' and 320 each for 'marketing agency' and 'digital marketing agency West Palm Beach', all rated low competition. Focused pages and a strong Google profile can rank well.

The part clients actually remember.
Not the reports. The uncomfortable conversation that changed the trajectory.
We spent four months optimizing audiences when the answer was 'make more ads.' Digital Squad didn't just tell us that. They built the system that produces them. We haven't touched an audience setting in months.
Our board's biggest concern was that growth stopped the moment we stopped spending. Eighteen months later most of our pipeline comes from an asset we own. That changed our fundraising conversation entirely.
For two years marketing and finance argued about numbers in every board meeting. Digital Squad ended that argument by building one source of truth. The $2.1M we stopped wasting was almost a side effect.
West Palm Beach questions, answered straight.
Yes, because referred clients still search for you before they call. A clear site with your team, credentials, process and approach confirms the referral. Search also helps the next generation of clients and their advisors find you. We keep all content within SEC and FINRA advertising rules, with your compliance team's sign-off.
