Market profile

What's actually different about Frisco & North Collin County

Frisco sits north of Plano along the Dallas North Tollway. The Census Bureau estimated about 225,000 residents in 2023, and the city has been one of the fastest-growing in the country for years.

It calls itself Sports City USA, and the name fits. The Dallas Cowboys moved their headquarters and practice facility to The Star in Frisco in 2016. The PGA of America moved its headquarters here too, next to a new resort with two championship courses set to host the PGA Championship in 2027 and 2034. Universal opened Universal Kids Resort, a family theme park, in Frisco in 2026.

That mix brings a steady flow of visitors and a very young, family-heavy population. Youth sports clubs, tutoring centers, pediatric clinics, home builders and remodelers all compete for the same busy parents.

Many residents are new to the area. They don't have a go-to dentist, plumber or gym yet, so they search, read reviews and pick from what Google shows them.

New residents with no habits yet

Families moving in search for everything from scratch. Businesses with a complete Google profile, fresh reviews and a clear website win those first choices, and often keep them for years.

Busy parents decide on phones

Most searches for camps, clinics and classes happen on a phone between practices. Fast pages, clear schedules and easy online booking matter more than clever design.

Event traffic you can plan for

Games, golf tournaments and theme-park crowds bring visitors to Frisco on a calendar. Restaurants, hotels and entertainment spots can build pages and ads around those dates.

Real demand for local help

Google's data shows about 590 monthly searches for 'Frisco SEO company' and 320 for 'SEO Frisco', both low competition. Local businesses are actively looking for marketing support.

In their words

The part clients actually remember.

Not the reports. The uncomfortable conversation that changed the trajectory.

We'd been telling practices we'd get them paid faster for years. Nobody had told us that wasn't actually what was stopping them from switching. The fear of switching itself was. Once we addressed that directly instead of the speed pitch, everything else got easier.

Our counter reps were our entire growth engine for thirty years. Nobody had ever built a version of that relationship that worked online, and it turns out purchasing managers wanted exactly that. They just couldn't find us first.
Ray HollowayVP of Sales, Kettleridge Supply Co.
We'd been an insurance agency for thirty years and had never once modeled what a retained policyholder was actually worth compared to a new one. That conversation changed where every marketing dollar goes now.
